June 2010 First Time at the Pool

I took the kids to the pool 6/18/2010.....It was Dan and Chris's first time. I don't have many pictures of them, but I do have a lot of Matt and Mike....It took all 4 of them a little to warm up to the water. Afterwards, they loved it as you can see by Dan's face in the first picture. We have gone several times since this day and they still love it. I just wish it was a little easier getting all 4 of them out of the house to go. I never thought about it, but everyone told me it's easy when you get there. They are right, the hard part is packing up things for the kids and getting them in the car. Once that is done everything is usually really easy. Maybe because I have a wonderful family and great friends to help....and that my kids are good most of the time.

Dan and Chris turned 9mos on June 2, 2010. They had a great check up with Dr. Murphy. All the kids are always really good. Chris screamed a lot with his shots and took a while to be quiet. I know which kid I am going to let go last at their 1 year check up in September

Dan weighed in at 19lb 15 oz 29 1/4 in and Chris weighed in at 24lb 7oz 30in....There is almost a 5 lb difference between them. Funny thing is, he is only 5lbs less than Matt and Mike and they are 2.

First Cardinal Game----June 4, 2010

Bare with me, a lot of pictures are just uploaded here and I really don't rearrange them much. Very time consuming, but at least I am updating...

On Friday, June 4th, I took all the kids to the Cardinal's game for the first time. I had so much help, so thank you to everyone that held and monitored kids. Jane, Jen Z. Carmen, Brad, Kelly, Liz and Lou. If you were there and helped and I didn't mention you sorry...I still appreciated it. At the end of the game I tried to get a family photo and as you can see it didn't turn out all that well. This is what I get and I am happy with it. This picture is what life and my days are sometimes like. It's not a bad thing it, I actually thing it is funny trying to hold all four kids and trying to get their picture taken. Holding them is not the issue, it is getting them all to look at the same time. Soon it will all happen. They were so good that night. I am ready to try another one.

Let me just start by stating, I was very photogenic this night. I was looking at all of my pictures and I didn't have very many of me and my family. It was always my boys. Since they were with a sitter that night I figured it would be a good opportunity to get some of myself. So that is exactly what I did.

The wedding was beautiful and the reception was a blast. I love being around the whole family everyone is so much fun. Like I tell my friends, OUR family is not the norm anymore. We all get along and love to spend time with everyone whenever we can. Can't wait until the family reunion at the end of July.

June 5, 2010

Around noon we went to Janie's house for a pre-party. Great food and drinks. We then headed to the cardinal game and had a lot of fun. It was really sunny and hot. Tim had the kids all day so I enjoyed myself with all adults. After the Cardinal game we stopped to get some pizza and then went back to Janie's house for the after party. The party then moved to Katie and Cory's house so that is when I ended up going home.
