Helmet FREE!!!!!!!!!!

He is so tired, it was a long day at Janie's Shower
Matt's cute little butt, he wouldn't let me finish changing his diaper.

Michael was watching tv with Tim. I went to lower their beds and he fell asleep, stupid me didn't get a picture of him sleeping on dad.

So we are finally HELMET free. We had an appointment Friday with the helmet doctor and Matt was ready to take his off. Thank God, that thing was getting smelly; no matter how many time you cleaned it. He is still scratching his head but we think he is also wondering what in the heck is on his head. Well, Michael knows exactly what is on Matt's head. It is something he could play with or pull. While we were at the doctor's office yesterday I had Matt in the front reclined so he could drink his bottle and Michael sitting up in front. Michael starting reaching and pulling Matt's hair so I sat Matt up. Michael was still reaching for his hair thinking it was funny.

Earlier this week Michael learned how to sit up from laying down and finally made his first attempt to crawl. It was so cute, he moves one knee and then falls, gets up and does the same thing over and over. He is getting places but it takes awhile. Every time he gets up he gets on his knees, then somehow he gets on his hands and toes then moves his foot or knee to go about an inch.

As you know Matthew is sitting up, but I think he has finally mastered it. He has changed so much since he was born. He really only cries now when he is hungry or if you haven't held him in awhile. He is so happy now and gives us smiles all of the time. His tooth is finally all the way in and now we are waiting for the second one to pop up.

I started feeding them some table food and they are really liking it. They have had hash brown potatoes, gooey butter cake, red pasta, fish from the fish fry, fudge bars, popsicles, soda, tea, cake, ice cream. Well you know all of the healthy and necessary items to survive.

I saw the specialist on Tuesday. My due date is still September 15, 2009. The babies look great, but it is too early to size them. I will be 16 weeks on Tuesday. Since I found out we were expecting the first couple of weeks went by really slow, (probably because of the issues) now time is flying by. I keep thinking that by time school ends I will be around week 25.
